Freestyler Claudia Webb shares her thoughts on what the Freestyle experience is all about...
Q: What do you do at Freestyle?
A: I’m a Project Manager
Q: How long have you been at Freestyle? Has your journey within Freestyle changed since you first joined?
A: Just over 3 years! I started in the Digital Executive role, which was a great introduction into the world of digital agencies, and from there I learnt that my strengths lay with planning and organising. I gained an online qualification in digital project management, and joined the wonderful PM team at Freestyle, who have helped mentor me over the years.
Q: What is your favourite part of working on a product?
A: For me, I’d have to say it’s the design and concepting part. Feeding through what we’ve understood in terms of requirements and looking at it from the end user’s point of view, and producing a concept that embodies a creative and well thought-out solution. It’s always a proud moment to be part of presenting this to the client!
Q:What do you like about working at Freestyle?
A: It’s evident that Freestyle really believes in its people, and we’re given the tools and support to continuously grow. We’re encouraged to attend workshops and seminars (albeit all online as of lately), collaborate with others either in or out of the business, and generally just extend our knowledge and grow more confident, which is hugely valuable for someone like me who is just starting out in their career.
